Main Duties and responsibilities: * Build and develop positive relationships with all internal and external colleagues, suppliers and customers to ensure delivery of excellent customer service. * Manage all requests and queries, providing solutions and advice within the agreed service levels to ensure first class delivery. * Handle all queries within the established best practice and department procedures, referring for assistance when required. * Administer all departmental tasks as required in a complete, efficient and productive manner, planning and organising own work as required. * Actively identify opportunities to improve service levels, proposing solutions where possible. * Contribute to reputation of company by providing guidance to others and informing the decision making processes wherever possible. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Educated to GCSCE standard or equivalent Strong customer awareness. Good telephone, keyboard and communication skills with good keyboard skills. Evidence of effective team working. Previous experience of a customer service environment is desired.
