Description: Description This role is based in Lockington, Derbyshire and has the opportunity of going permanent for the right candidate. Duties include answering incoming calls from sources including surveying forms and mortgage lenders relating to valuating instructions. There will also be a lot of data entry involved in this role. Telephone and customer service experience is required, ideally in a call centre environment. You must have a confident and pleasant phone manner. Ideally you will work well in a team, be flexible and adaptable, have the ability to work under pressure and have excellent keyboard and computer skills. Audio typing experience is desirable as is experience in analysing and manipulating data. £6.00 per hour Will be £12066.15 salary for right candidate. You must be available on a long term basis.
