Description: Dutch speaking Electrical SupportReference: 496506Consultant Name: SophieThe Company:Our client, a leading multinational company is currently looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Electrical Support Agent to join their offices near Glasgow as soon as possible.The Role:The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing bi-lingual customer support via phone, fax and E-mail. The role will involve taking total ownership of the customers’ problems whilst contributing to the team goals and objectives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Receiving all incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.- Logging and resolving all product support queries.- Escalating issues to other groups for resolution where necessary.- Striving to maintain agreed service levels.- Actively seeking to improve customer satisfaction.Candidate Profile:Candidates must be fluent Dutch speakers as well as being completely fluent in English to a high standard. 12 months previous experience and an interest in customer support, preferably in uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) are essential. Knowledge of computer hardware and software along with some sales experience are highly desirable. Candidates must be team players and have some technical knowledge or be familiar with electrical physics. You will also have excellent communication skills combined with a determination to succeed.Salary/Additional Information:The salary for this position is £15,000 per annum plus shift allowance and benefits.
