Description: Dutch speaking Technical SupportReference: 490160Consultant Name: SophieThe Company:Our client, a leading multinational company is currently looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Technical Support Agent to join their offices near Glasgow as soon as possible.The Role:The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing bi-lingual telephone support for the company's product. The role will involve a good degree of liaison with both internal and external customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Receiving all incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.- Logging and resolving all product support queries.- Escalating issues to other groups for resolution where necessary.- Striving to maintain agreed service levels.- Actively seeking to improve customer satisfaction.Candidate Profile:Candidates must be fluent Dutch speakers as well as being completely fluent in English to a high standard. Previous customer service experience in a telephone-working environment is highly desirable. A good knowledge of computer hardware and software theory and troubleshooting is highly desirable. Candidates must have demonstrated communication and listening skills combined with a confident and professional telephone manner.Salary/Additional Information:The salary for this position is £15,000 per annum rising to up to £18,000 plus benefits.
