Working for a market-leading organisation based on the outskirts of the City Centre who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator.As a Customer Service Administrator your role will involve providing comprehensive support and administration support for the team, this will include updating systems, and dealing with enquiries received from developers, suppliers and customers. Key duties will be to respond to enquiries from shippers, suppliers, end users and regulatory bodies and administer the confirmed address process and collate information received from Developers and Local Authorities. As well as deal with enquiries received from the call centre, administer the Complaints process to ensure compliance, maintain information on databases and any other duties when requested.The successful applicant will need to have a strong customer service background, ideally experience within the Utilities industry would be an advantage but not essential, have excellent letter and report writing skills and the ability to work within a team environment.In return the company offer a salary of £14,420 to £17,000 depending on experience and qualifications, benefits include 25 days holidays, company pension, life insurance, private medical cover and excellent career opportunities.The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with an hour for lunch.
