Description:
Enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a number of projects primarily in the north of England. Key qualifications and experience required for this position include:
a) A minimum HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
b) A proven track record in commercial contracting.
c) Ideally experienced in fire protection and dry wall systems.
d) A sound knowledge of contract law.
e) A sound understanding of financial and commercial risk analysis.
f) Negotiating, IT and report writing.
£20k to £30k + benefits depending on experience
