Description: SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGERSocial Housing Maintenance and Repairs / Decent HomesOur client is an expanding publicly quoted housing and property services contracting group is seeking a Commercial Manager for a^large social housing refurbishment and maintenance contract in Birmingham.As a very successful group they are engaged on several long-term partnering agreements for the maintenance of housing stock and Decent Homes programmes for many Local Authorities throughout the UK and prospects for the Commercial Manager are excellent.We seek an experienced and commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing QS / Commercial Manager who is capable of playing a key role in the contract operations team.You will also be able to demonstrate a progressive career record as a Quantity Surveyor with a recognised building contractor or maintenance Company operating in the refurbishment sector.
