Description: !! Senior Quantity Surveyor - Liverpool !! We are currently recruiting for a leading Liverpool based construction consultancy who are looking to recruit a senior quantity surveyor to join their team in Liverpool, Our client is one of the most respected private practices in the industry, undertaking commissions across the UK. They specialise in commercial projects and are currently working on a large retail project up to the value of £60m. As a result of growth and internal promotions there is now a vacancy for an associate surveyor to join the team. You should ideally be working in a private practice as a senior surveyor or at the very least have private practice in the last 5 years. You should be RICS qualified and keen to lead and inspire a team of surveyors. This is a very progressive company and there is every chance you could be a partner in the next few years regardless of age. One of the youngest partners has progressed from undergraduate level to a partner.
