Description: My Client is looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrical) to join it current FM team. This position is a static role, and will not involve any travelling or the candidate to hold a driving licence. To be considered for this position you have the following; Education/ Qualifications (preferably all); *City and Guilds 236 Electrical Installations Parts 1 and 2 (16th edition) *JIB Approved Achievement Measurement tests 1 and 2 *City and Guilds Management of water treatment and cooling towers *Electrical training course in safe isolation and operation of LV systems Job Related Skills/Aptitudes; ● PPM programming ● Preparing client quotations Interpersonal Skills; *Excellent communicator at all levels *Customer Service skills *People Management and Leadership Skills Personal Qualities; *Enthusiastic *Positive and pragmatic attitude *Ability to remain calm and in control of emergency situations
