Description: Site Manager Job - No. 2 on site An AndersElite client who is a reputable Main Contractor is recruiting for a Site Manager (No. 2 on site) to manage one of three steel frame office blocks which are being constructed simultaneously within the Cambridge area. You will be responsible for organising the subcontractors and their labour force on this £7 Million value project. Liaison with the other two Site Managers controlling the other buildings and the Project Manager, who you will report into, will be essential to ensure that all issues are being dealt with on time and to specification and that the packages are being completed will little hassle. Experience with suspended ceilings, raised flooring and high spec cladding is desirable as is a stable background with other well known main contractors. All construction backgrounds will be considered however the trade route is preferred.
