Description: Management Surveyor (Commercial Property Manager) West London c£45k + Com Car + Bonus + Pension + Hols + Health CareObjective of RoleTo be responsible for the Property Management on two client portfolios in an efficient and effective manner.AccountabilitiesAccountable for all areas of commecial property management including:·General landlord and tenant liaison.·Inspects properties to ensure tenant covenant compliance.·Supervises and directs appropriate facilities management support managing the on site staff as needed.·Ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory framework.·Place and monitor insurance ·Monitor the collection of rents and other monies due acting upon tenant default.·Responsible for service charge budgeting, reconciliations and expenditure.·Assist in the production of quarterly reports.·Attending meetings as required.·Progresses all licence applications.·Manage surveying executives.·Arrange and manage major works contracts. Required Qualifications & Experience·Qualified surveyor (advantageous not essential)·Ability to demonstrate a track record in all aspects of property management experience of refurbishment projects necessary·Adaptable team player able to operate autonomously when needed in a sometimes frantic environment.·Strong time management skills essential an ability to deliver to deadlines extremely important.·Interpersonal skills and an ability to present to clients in both a verbal and written format is essential role is client facing.·Strong People Management skills required to deal with internal and external parties.Our client is offering a basic salary c£45k plus Company Car or Car Allowance (£5k), Discretionary Bonus, Season Ticket Loan, Pension, 23 Days Holiday and Health Insurance to cover a family also.Interested?
