Description: Leap29 are offering the position of Quantity Surveyor for an extension and refurbishment project in the centre of Coventry. The existing structure is an art gallery which is being altered to the value of £11m. We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor capable of running their own build project. Responsibilities will include the general day to day running of the project, Management of Sub-Contractors, Pricing and Variations. There is an office based on site in Coventry and this would be the base of work. The project is due to begin shortly and all applications are welcomed. UK experience is essential.
