Description: LEAP29: RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS - QUANTITY SURVEYOR & ESTIMATORS WANTED! - SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - SOUTH WEST - MAIN CONTRACTOR - BUILD - £40K On offer for the right candidate is a basic salary up to £40,000 (dependent upon experience), company car or allowance, healthcare and bonus. My client undertakes a wide spectrum of new build and refurbishment projects covering all sectors within the construction market. With an annual turnover in excess of £40 million my client prides themselves on a high level of repeat business. Due to successes in securing tenders a Senior Quantity Surveyor is required. Typical projects you will work upon are both varied and challenging including; health, schools and hospitals. You will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is commercially aware and competent with evidence of a strong proven track record within the UK construction industry. You will be educated to HNC/HND or degree level with the equivalent of 5 years post qualification experience. In addition, you will previously have worked for a main contractor. This is an excellent position for an individual who is wishing to rise up the ranks onto a more management position.
