You will be efficient in a diverse and unique operation; be a manager that can adapt through an ever-changing growing business; have strong project management skills; strong people management skills; the qualities to drive your own success; hands on approach in a business that doesn’t stand still!Regional Brand Manager Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to…·To be the key driver and liaison with our retail partners. ·To maintain analysis on a period basis and assist in the assessment of individual units.·Increase product availability via site feedback, stock & order, supplier service levels and category & supply chain management.·Ensure training and coaching on site delivers a consistent & acceptable brand standard. ·Drive sales through promotion execution and space productivity. ·Reduce losses through proper procedures and processes within the control sheet·Promote and develop good stocktaking procedures and actions.·To review all loss management at unit level.·To manage coffee-nation reconciliation and gap.·To ensure consistency in the brand standard of disciplines such as CAD plans, legal, plannograms, SEL’s, POS.·Support key business developments ·Liaise on a period basis with franchise partners (where applicable) and agree action plans in conjunction with Directors of Operations and Site DirectorsKey People to interface with·Director of Food & Retail·Personnel·Head of Category Managers·Site Directors, General Managers, Unit managers·Category and supply chain·Finance ·HRYou will be pro-active and focused; ideally from a, but most important is your desire to succeed; your passion to be involved in a dynamic and forward thinking business…our client is currently rolling out new and exciting parts of their business.
