As Food and Beverage Manager you'll be driving the success of the restaurant through coaching and motivating your team to keep areas spotless and operating to the highest standards of customer service. You'll be a hands-on manager who likes to come up with new, fresh ideas. With management experience, preferably within the hospitality industry you'll be experienced in managing costs and will be able to think on your feet to help drives sales within the restaurant. You'll also hold the appropriate food hygiene qualification with the ability to hold a personal liquor licence.
