Description: Senior Hotel ReceptionistAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior hotel receptionist to join one of the most prestigious groups of hotels in the country.Your duties will include the efficient and smooth operation of the reception services. Responsible for providing a first class reception service, anticipate guest needs, act upon and follow up guest requests, set standards with Head Receptionist and deliver a level of service and responsiveness that generates customer satisfaction and repeat business. The suitable candidate will have a good team spirit (tolerance, understanding and the fun element), will be approachable and prepared to help and support other team members in a willing and positive manner. Previous experience in Front of house hotel reception is ESSENTIAL.
