Description: Sous Chef - Northampton - 20K - 24K - Sous Chef A creative and passionate Sous Chef is required for a contemporary and up market gastro pub serving fresh, locally sourced produce and great wines. The pub is part of a large company who have a large portfolio of quality pubs. As Sous Chef you will be reporting to the Head Chef. You will be running all aspects of the kitchen on your own. Your responsibilities include supervising and developing a brigade, ensuring all food is of a high quality, stock control and ordering. The Sous Chef must be able to work as part of a team and able to cope under pressure. Above all you need to be passionate about producing good food.
