Description: As the growth plan with ASDA accelerates, we now have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the ASDA development team to assist in ensuring that the NPD agenda is delivered to agreed timescales, profitability and in line with Category plans. This role will report into the Development Manager and will work closely with the rest of the development team.Key accountabilities will include: Attendance at weekly site(s) NPD meetings to raise awareness of concept development activities Co-ordination of activity to ensure critical path is adhered to and potential issues are highlighted to the Development Manager. Co-ordination of NPD procedures. Review and update procedures and documentation when required. Assist Development Manager in raising, checking and tracking costings Supporting the customer facing Development Manager at presentations/meetings where requested Supplying relevant documentation to the Development Manager for meetings, ensuring accurate, presentable and timely Highlight new competitor products/ complete comparative shop reports and relevant documentation Capture expenditure on budget in tracker format Raise SAP purchase orders for NPD expenditureWe are looking for someone with numerical abillity and competency in Word and Excel.
