Description: Night Production Manager required for busy sandwich company in Cambridge. This is a local ,well respected company with great expansion plans and a new dedicated production unit in the pipeline. The Night Production Manager will be looking after the night production team for this very busy sandwich company, based in Cambridge and it is anticipated that the production time will be between 10pm to 6am. You would be managing a team of 4 and ensuring Health and Safety issues are excellent, as well as hygiene standards are adhered to. The Night production Manager needs to be a very responsible person who can work on his/her own and is a self starter who is hands on and leads by example.
