Description: Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills as you will be required to communicate at all levels skills and have a fantastic telephone manner. You will need to be flexible along with the ability to work on your own initiative. Duties will include : Meeting and Greeting Guests Dealing with the post Answering the switchboard Liaising with internal departments Promoting offers within the Hotel to Guests Preparing guests bills and checking guests in and out of the Hotel General Admin duties In return you can expect a varied and fast paced working environment within a medium sized team. Excellent training and career progression. Hours of work will be 5/7 shift pattern working either 07.00 - 15.00 / 15.00 - 23.00hrs. It is essential that you have your own transportation although live - in accommodation is available if so required. Company benefits include : Staff discount within the Hotel Group. Salary £13,300 p.a. This post is in Watford Hertfordshire
