Description: General Manager - High-Profile Wine Bar Chain Our Client, a high-profile chain of wine bars, requires a talented general manager at one of its leading outlets. The ideal candidate will have management/supervisory experience of a similar environment, a branded bar background would be advantageous. Most importantly, you must have a thorough knowledge of both food and beverage service standards and a desire to be the best.
