Description: About the client My client is fast becoming one of the best loved branded operators in the UK for discerning customers and employees alike. They continue to expand and are looking to open 25+ restaurants in 2007. Due to this continued expansion they are looking to recruit a strong General Manager to open a new site in Cardiff paying up to £27k plus great bonus. The opportunity to be successful in this role you will need to be strong GM already with a stable and progressive career. Ideally you will have worked within the high street Branded food led market and be used to dealing with brand standards although this is not essential as a lot of ownership is required for GM's in this company. You will be passionate about good food and wine and excellent service standards. You will have outstanding attention to detail, head for the financial side of the business and an enthusiasm for developing a young team. For all this you can expect great rewards as the company expands wanting to take their good GM's with them into area, training and operational roles.
