Description: Title: Life and Pensions Administrator Salary: £19,000 - £20,000 This is a fantastic opportunity for a Life and Pensions Administrator to join a professional organisation based North of Leeds. Working within the Life and Pensions department you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the Advisors / Directors. Please apply for this role if you have previous experience of working within Financial Services, ideally with CF1 & CF3, or equivalent, qualifications. The Role: A full time permanent position you will be responsible for processing New Business in accordance with Company Procedures. Duties will include obtaining information from insurers, posting contributions, keeping accounts up to date, and the production of annual benefits statements. Additional duties include preparing valuations of client plans / holding, administering appointed Group Pension Schemes which will include compiling Excel spreadsheets, maintaining client records, and responding to insurers and clients regarding written / telephone queries.Who we're looking for: We are looking for someone with previous experience of working within Financial Services. Ideally you will have CF1 & 3 qualifications (or FPC1, 2 & 3), however a CF1 qualification will be considered along with extensive experience. You must have knowledge of Group / Individual pensions, Money Purchase Schemes and Investments. The ideal candidate will have good MS Office knowledge, including Excel, and an understanding of FSA Advice standards, Data Protection, Money Laundering prevention, FSA Complaints Procedures.
