Description: My Client, one of the UKs insurance companies, are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Analyst Manager who will be responsible for delivering a quality analytical support service for the H&L and wider Corporate Development business area, through the execution of business analysis, process design and coordination of testing activity.Key Tasks & Deliverables -The role holders will typically manage business analysis activities for programmes, or large projects to meet business area requirements, within agreed timeframes and to the required standards-Use specialist knowledge, experience and analytical techniques, to guide design and implementation decisions to influence the direction of programmes and shape of solution put in place, ensuring it is the optimum solution.-Where necessary lead the analysis effort for programmes and taking a lead role in managing stakeholders including 3rd party suppliers.Skills Required-In-depth knowledge and proven application of process modelling, workshop facilitation and business analysis with thorough knowledge of PM framework.-Significant experience of working within a project environment with a proven ability to work on own initiative to deliver optimum business solutions-Experience of change management at a senior level, particularly with high levels of decision making.Huntress does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all relevant UK legislation.PLEASE NOTE!
