Parking, cafeteria, life cover, pension and……………… are only some of the benefits working for this company.Working for a reputable financial services company in Gloucester you will ideally come with a strong administration and customer service background, being responsible to :Submit and pursue to completion all general insurance claims.Follow up all cases on the diary list to ensure that every case is regularly reviewed.Deal with complaints within compnay guidelines.Ensure that the day to day administration is up to date.Justify sale prices and marketing history to the Customer/Loss Recovery, to assist in the recovery of losses.Decide if economically viable for insurance repair works to be instructed to enhance saleability/or to accept payment on diminished value basis.Authorise issue of contractsAuthorise exchange of contracts.To handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner.Accept offers on properties within authority levels.Review Audit reports and act upon any recommendations with regard to standards of contractors works or marketing.Assess the properties in possession and place to auction if necessary.Set guides in relation to auction properties.To complete tasks as and when required by the team leader or department manager.
