Description: Our client, a thriving and expanding firm of loss adjusters, currently has a fantastic opportunity for a manager who has technical claims handling capability.You will ensure your team of claims handlers and loss adjusters deal with subsidence and project managed perils claims in an efficient manner within FSA regulations.Duties will include: managing and coaching a team of claims staff, dealing with customer complaints and appeals, working on complex or fraudulent cases that need more experience or specialist knowledge, maintaining quality and customer service standards and taking responsibility for the department's productivity and profit.
