Maintaining a comprehensive, up-to-date understanding of our product range, you’ll ensure that your branch colleagues have the knowledge they need to make effective referrals. Meanwhile you’ll identify any non-mortgage investment needs of your customers and refer them appropriately. What you’ll doProvide feedback to colleagues on progress with referrals and follow up own referrals by asking for feedbackAgree sales targets with your BM and always know how you are performing against theseCarry out customer interviews by appointment and on demand Make sales in relation to all product areas except advised investments (this includes GI and Protection)Complete sales administration required procedures and timescales at all times.What you’ll needFull CeMAP qualification or equivalentExperience of meeting and working to sales targetsDetailed product and sales process knowledge relating to advised and non advised sales except advised investmentsDetailed understanding of sales and credit quality policiesGood general knowledge of the personal financial services industry and competitor activitiesExperience of working to and successful achievement of objectives and/ or performance measures / targetsHours of workMonday to Saturday, 35 hours per weekIt is expected that you would work 3 out of 4 Saturdays with a day off during the week.
