Description: The ROLE: Personal Banking AdvisorLocation: CoalvilleSalary: £15,312 - £19,500Benefits Package: Generous Benefits package.As a Personal Banker you will spend the majority of your week conducting Customer Service Reviews. These are the Bank's structured customer interviews where you can spend time with each customer ensuring they are making the most of the products and services on offer. By offering each customer the best advice for their individual circumstances you will find that you an either save or even make them money. The Banking Sales Advisor will use their up-to-date and comprehensive product knowledge to ensure they can provide the customer with full information on the banks' products and services which are relevant to the individual customer.The ability to mentor and coach your colleagues to ensure that they are identifying sales opportunities which each customer and generating leads and appointments for you is essential.
