Description: General administration. Handling and resolving of queries relating to both new and existing business.Updating back office systems.Production and submission of monthly schedules to employers and processing pension payments via insurance companies online systems Maintaining constant contact with clients to assist with their queries via correspondence and telephone.Conducting product research and analyzing clients and employers financial circumstances.Working quickly and accurately, in a pressured environment whilst maintaining polite professionalism, with difficult clients.Essential skills needed for this role, good team working skills, the ability to draft clear and concise correspondence and reports and the ability to maintain composure whilst dealing with a difficult situations. Previous Pension Scheme experience would be desirable and in return you would be rewarded with First Class benefits package.
