Their customer service centre in West London looks after the German and all other European customer service contacts. They offer great training and personal development.Role:You will be a Front line customer services executive processing inbound and outbound orders, enquiries, complaints and information through multiple methods of communication in German and dealing with all German clients and customers.Ensure adequate preparation to effectively manage of the customer relationship and carry out specific responsibilities for internal and external added value programmes.You will be working in the German Customer Service Department and therefore responsible for the effective management communication and effective processing orders and enquiries.This is a very busy role in a lively multi national environment.Profile: You are a fluent German speaker and also speak fluent English.
