Description: A progressive Private Bank in Central London is looking for a FSA registered Client Executive to work alongside other Executives in respect of a portfolio.You will be responsible for maintaining the existing client portfolio by delivering standards of service consistent with a world class private bank, and try to develop relationships where appropriate, particularly with regards to investment products. You will respond to client enquiries and instructions, establishing good relationships with clients in order to service their general banking requirements.Conduct client meetings and complete clear and concise call reports as appropriate.Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of the team’s client base and products offered.Identify clients for possible future marketing projects in order to attract new funds and/or develop additional revenue.Preparation and submission of lending applications for approval at the appropriate sectioning level.Implementation of post-sanction facility process to include, if required, documentation preparation, due diligence, account opening and facility draw-down procedures.Ongoing monitoring of existing facilities ensuring continued compliance with sanctioned terms, covenants and conditions.Undertake the annual review of the whole client base with a view to relocating to Premier where applicable.Undertake other project work as identifiedMaintain excellent working relationships with Private Banking colleagues including Operations, Treasury and Compliance.Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy including, inter alia, the Group Compliance policy.Maintain Internal Control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.Be aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with your role and act in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations.To apply you must be FSA registered or have a similar qualification, current Private Client qualified, or commitment to complete qualification in near future.
