Description: An award winning consultancy which specializes in environmental, buildings and transport sector are searching for a noise and acoustics specialist to join their office based in London. Ideally you will have a background in Architectural acoustics. SK5300 Qualification - BSc/MSc Audio Technlogy/Engineering/Noise and Acoustics control/Applied Acoustics Location - London Experience - Background in UK consultancy with experience in Building Acoustics Salary - Negotiable Company - Highly Esteemed Multidisciplinary Consultancy Staff - Over 3,000 employees across UK and Europe Duties include: - Monitor levels of noise and vibration - Use modeling packages to make predictions - Provide recommendations for reducing impact of noise and vibration - Assist in the preparation of technical documents - Aid the coordination of noise impact assessment - Liaise with consultants and clients to make sure work is carried out to meet requirements - Ensure work carried out complies with UK/EU regulation Typical projects: Working for a variety of clients, such as designers, developers, planners, and building owners, you can expect to help provide advice for a range of applications such as airports, leisure centre's, hospitals and offices to name a few.
