To build and drive your team of Outdoor Plant Experts you'll need to enjoy working in a busy environment where your enthusiasm in creating an excellent shopping experience for our customers is foremost in your mind.As a Horticultural Manager for Wyevale, you will assist the Store Manager in driving sales and profit and minimising costs, through the efficient and effective management of the Planteria/Outdoor Plants departments within a Garden Centred Department Store. You'll be passionate and knowledgeable about plants and will ideally hold or be working towards, an appropriate horticultural qualification. Ideally you will possess retail management experience, although your natural leadership ability and flair for spotting business opportunities will be more important to us. Attention to detail and the ability to analyse and interpret numerical information will be key skills.You'll be able to demonstrate sound decision making, problem solving, leading, planning and organising. Managing through others will also be an important asset in your success in this role. You are an effective influencer at all levels and will relish the opportunity to build on best practice customer service, making Wyevale the key player in our category.
