Description: Westaff is working as an Employment Agency on behalf of one of our clients for the recruitment of a:-SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING COORDINATOR Our client near Portsmouth is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. To take responsibility, as part of the team, for the planning, procurement and administration of fresh produce planning.To meet supply needs, achieving a delivery service level.Ensure the accurate and timely generation, maintenance and distribution of supply information between internal and external production units and third parties.Participate and where appropriate contribute to development and improvements in departmental processes and routinesTo undertake and control all areas of produce supply chain planning. Develop and support the day to day working relationship. Supply role is one of 4 reporting into Supply Planning Manager. The department provides full week cover so the job holder will work one weekend in four. They then receive 2 days off that week, but not consecutively. Candidates need to have experience in administration processing, knowledge of both stock management and purchase processing systems, be conversant with purchasing and planning work practices/implementation.
