Description: We are currently looking for a Senior Ecologist to join a successful International Consultancy based in Cardiff. The company are a Large, Multidisciplinary Consultancy that work both in the public and private sectors. The position would provide great opportunities for professional development and chances to diversify Environmental Expertise. Qualification- MSc/ BSc Ecology/ Environmental Science/ Environmental Biology Experience- 2 years Salary- Very Competitive Depending on Experience Company- Established Multidisciplinary Consultancy Staff- 40,000 Duties Include: Management of Ecological Projects and EcIA Providing Sound Technical Advice to Clients Supervision and Training of Junior Staff Extended Phase 1 Habitat Surveys Report and Proposal Writing Working Independently to strict deadlines Promoting the Company and its Business Opportunities Typical Projects Your role will be to give Ecological Advice and Consultancy Support at a senior level. Working within The expanding Environmental Department you will be managing Ecological Projects on site and from the offices. Many of the projects you will work on will be for developers, government departments and conservation organisations.
