Description: GRADUATE CONTAMINATED LAND CONSULTANT - BRISTOL Penguin have a great opportunity for a Graduate in Engineering or Environmental Geology, Earth Sciences or Environmental Science to join a historic international consultancy on their expanding contaminated land team. Duties Contaminated Land Investigation of Brownfield site On Site supervision of sample taking for analysis Logging of Soil and Rock cores to BS5930 Specification of laboratory testing Assisting in Interpretative reporting and risk assessments. Typical projects Can range commercial developments on brownfield sites to portside and marine reclamations. An increasingly important sector is contaminated land investigations for local authorities.
