Description: We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Ecological Consultant in the Warwickshire area. The company are a well established Global Consultancy who are looking to expand their Environmental Team and take on an enthusiastic Ecologist. This role would be both Office and Field Based and provide all the Benefits which a Career in Consultancy offers. Qualification- Educated to degree level in Ecology/ Environmental Science/ Environmental Biology Experience- 3 Years Salary- Competitive Depending on Experience Company- Multidisciplinary Consultancy Staff- 7,000 UK offices- 18 Duties Include: Management of Ecological Projects/ Ecological Impact Assessments Leading and Coordinating Field Teams and Surveys Report and Proposal Writing Ecology assessments, appraisals, scoping studies, Phase 1 habitat surveys, specialist in either birds, botany, amphibians or similar. Role to include assisting with business development Providing Technical Support for Environmental Statements Training and Management of Junior Staff Typical Projects To work as part of multi-disciplinary teams providing specialist input at all stages of a wide variety of Building Engineering and Infrastructure projects. Your role will be primarily office based with regular Field work and Assessments.
