Description:
Duties will include:
Liaison with the customer in handling with a large supply contract.
Update the customers requirements on to the company computer system.
Follow deliveries to ensure goods are received on time.
Attend daily meetings with the customer to ensure that all requirements are attended to.
Liaise with the Operations Director to ensure that requirements can be fulfilled.
Ensure that procedures are in place and are adhered to.
Ensure that any rejected goods are reported correctly and are followed up.
Liaise with the Quality Manager.
Attend corrective action meetings and ensure that corrective action is taken.
Attend progress meetings both at the site and at head office.
Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to including health and safety.
Attributes and Experience:
A good understanding of Aerospace supply management.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
Computer literate.
Good interpersonal skills.
Flexible attitude.
This position is based on a military site and candidates will be subject to security checks.
Salary is dependant on experience and skills.
