Description: I am currently recruiting for a Sarbanes Oxley contractor to join an international Japanese organisation to assist with their J-SOX compliance documentation throughout 2008. This role will primarily be based around a remediation project, initially testing, then re-documenting processes and re-testing again later. The main challenge in this position will be working to deadlines. Candidates must be Qualified Chartered Accountants with "Big 4" exposure preferred and excellent interpersonal skills as they will be expected to work closely with the finance team and SOX project manager. Exposure to J-Sox is not essential to this position, and experience of SOX in practise is preferred.
