My client is a leading FTSE 100 business who are undergoing a significant period of change. They are now looking for a commercially focused, proactive Senior HR Manager to partner with their challenging Sales & Marketing team and assist them through a period of cultural and behavioural change. Working closely with the senior management team the Senior HR Manager's key focuses will include;Developing and implementing HR strategies that are aligned with business goals and needsDriving and enhancing business performanceCoach and influence key stakeholdersDriving change managementManage complex projectsBuild relationships with the wider HR communityThe ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrable experience in a senior HR Manager or Business Partner role gained within a large, complex business. You will be a strong, confident communicator with a commercial focus and the ability to influence senior managers effectively.
