For financial services professionals our mission is to provide the best job opportunities, job market news and analysis, salary surveys and career advice. * Responsibility for part of the UK credit control function * To help with collection and management of invoices * Resolve queries which, may hinder the payment of invoices * Ensure a clean debtors ledger for the UK markets* Producing debtor reports to credit control manager Main Role and Responsibilities:* Overall responsibility for some markets on the debtors ledger, including, reconciliation of major problem accounts, help on month end closure & control account reconciliations* Chasing customers for payment, resolution of customer queries and complaints* Review of monthly customer statements* Help ensure no long standing debts go unnoticed* Maintaining notes of correspondence on Seibel and Great Plains* Ad-hoc daily accounts duties/requests from Financial Controller or Credit control manager* Responsibility for part of the UK credit control function * To help with collection and management of invoices * Resolve queries which, may hinder the payment of invoices * Ensure a clean debtors ledger for the UK markets * Producing debtor reports to credit control manager Key Skills Preferred:* Strong personality and ability to build relationships both internally & externally * Team player * Proven track record of debtor management, able to work well and assertively with sales personnel * Professional outlook * Wide ranging credit control experience, preferably with Great Plains, Seibel and ideally within the recruitment business. * Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Excel is necessary and basic knowledge of Microsoft Access is helpful. * Fluency in English is essential If you would like to apply for this role or find out more, please apply online (using "Add to job basket?) or contact Jasmin Hynd at Robert Walters on +44(0) 20 7509 8154 or jasmin.hynd@roberwalters.com quoting the Job Reference PC00/WDA/872000
