Description: Credit Controller (Finance)Bury, Lancashire£15,000 - £17,000 Depending on experience (£22,000 OTE)My client is a local Financial Services provider based in Bury, Lancashire. They help their customers with various debt solutions to help them get out of their current financial difficulty.They currently wish to appoint an experienced Credit Controller or Collections Advisor who is used to working towards collection targets. Candidates will receive monthly bonus upon hitting their given targets.The role will involve the following:·Contacting consumers who have fallen behind with their payments·Chasing outstanding money owed on their accounts·Working towards collection targets and call targets·Dealing with inbound customer queries and giving updates·Some general AdminCandidates will be working 3 early shifts between Monday – Friday ( 9.00 AM – 5.30 PM ) and two late shifts between Monday – Thursday ( Typically 10.30 AM – 7.00 PM ).
