Description: Top Performing Hedge Fund Operations, guaranteed Middle/FO Progression A leading Hedge Fund is looking for a candidate who wants to join their rapidly expanding London office. The organisation is newly established, however, it already has offices in three countries, bn Assets Under Management and is now regarded as a leading Hedge Fund that could potentially domonate the market over the next few years. To support the growth, the Hedge Fund is looking for a candidate to initially join their operations team. Within a year, you will be offered progression into either Middle Office positions or, for top performers, Front Office positions (sales and traders assistants). The operations position would offer the candidate exposure to multiple departments within the organisation such as Corporate Actions, Product Control, Risk Management and the Trading floor (constant communication with traders on all aspects of the trading cycle). Furthermore, some responsibilities give the candidate exposure to senior management within the organisation - responding to trader and senior management requests, participating in the standardisation of processes/procedures and continued development of the Companys operational infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading hedge fund as they are looking for you to join the Operations team to learn about the hedge fund environment and how they operate in order for you to decide your progression route (back office supervisor, middle office, FO).
