Description: My client is a major producer of financial software and is keen to recruit someone with Accounts knowledge to train as an Accounts Support Analyst.Your role will involve dealing with their most valued customer’s software queries. This doesn’t mean you need to be an IT expert; you will receive all the training you need. This role is more about your accounts knowledge coming into play, as long as you have experience in working over the phone and have experience of working in an Accounts role you will be ideal.You will be given intense training on how to find resolutions to the Accountant’s problems and queries. You will report on the issues and supply customers with fantastic advice and tips on how to avoid problems, and how to use the products more efficiently.This is a rewarding role with the chance to take your accounts knowledge to a new level.
