Description: Junior Accounts AssistantMy client is one of the largest suppliers of outdoor furniture and furnishings. Since being established in 1989 they have grown exponentially with over 20 showrooms countrywide.With an emphasis on quality and customer services, my client is looking for a junior accounts assistant to join them on a contractual basis over the busy summer period. As an Accounts Assistant, you’re role will include; entering sales orders onto the system, colleting payment before creating despatch notes, creating delivery notes for the warehouse and dealing with any queries they may have, general office filling, assisting with purchase ledger and other adhoc duties. You will be using bespoke systems so full training will be given. If you have a good eye for details, are accurate and timely, have done data processing in the past and looking for a challenge then send you CV to Accountancy Divisions now!
