Description: Well established Financial Services company seek a professional and highly skilled Finance Manager. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will lead the finance team and control the day-to-day management. Duties will include production of management accounts, statutory accounts and group returns. You will also be responsible for recruitment, training and evaluation of staff. The candidate must have previous managerial skills ideally within the financial services sector but this is not essential. You must also have a high level accounting qualification and be able to improve processes within the department, including areas of treasury management, cost controls and deployment of new technology. Our client is a Financial Services company with a strong brand name within the industry. A salary of £35,000 to £45,000 p.a., 25 days holiday, life assurance, health insurance, pension and private medical. Accountancy Additions is a leading UK financial recruitment consultancy.
