Description: Market leading FMCG company urgently require a PQ Financial Analyst to undertake a challenging role supporting Head Office Marketing Activity. Theduties of the role are varied and include: Brand analysis- To assist in the provision ofannual brand plansboth in terms of financial data and commercial validation.Profitability analysis - Through regular liaison with theManagement Accountant. Brand evaluation -Assisting Brand Managers in carrying out Investment appraisals of proposed spend initiatives Financial evaluations -working with the Senior Marketing Finance ManagerControllingof marketing spend efficiency measuresand performing post implementation reviews of key initiativesMaintaining and managing budgets to assess the effecti The successful applicant must have a solid grounding in accounting, be actively studying for a professional qualification ACCA/CIMA and have a strong aptitude for Analysis. Ideally candidates will have working in either FMCG or a highly commercial environment and have some understanding of Marketing strategyExperience of Finance integrated packages -SAP and/or Hyperion would be advantageous Market leading FMCG company with a reputation for excellence in everything they do.
