An national automotive repair company based near Birmingham City Centre are currently recruiting for a permanent Payroll Manager.The successful candidate will ideally have an IPPM Diploma or equivalent or will be full or part qualified with previous payroll experience within a supervisory role.Daily duties will include:Manage and direct the payroll team in processing the monthly payroll for 3500 employees and reimbursing 750 monthly expense claims.Ensure the security of the payroll systemReconcile payroll control accounts on a monthly basis to GAR deadlinesProvide statistical and analytical payroll reportsReconcile manual paymentsReconcile, produce and submit statutory year-end returnsThe salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000
