Description: Niche CF function has exploited a service gap in the Thames Valley. Growth drives this requirement. To lead corporate finance assignments (both advisory and transaction support) and to provide strategic advice on transactions. A director will also have responsibilities for the management and development of the corporate finance department. Qualified accountant or other relevant experience. Record of effective staff management and staff development Ability to lead a team Strong lead advisory and/or transaction support experience both in origination and the execution of CF assignments (including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, capital raising, re-structuring etc) in the OMB/SME sector. Strong technical and risk management competencies. Highly commercial. Long established multi-office firm of Chartered Accountants, that has been very successful in providing dedicated CF services for Thames Valley businesses. Package to c £80k.
