Description: A rapidly growing, listed emerging markets mining business are looking to recruit a Group Finance Manager for a new international mining venture. Reporting into the CFO, responsibilities include: * Consolidating statutory and management accounts on a monthly basis and at relevant reporting periods * Work with businesses to ensure information is received to deadlines * Designing and rolling out new reporting systems and processes * Presenting and reporting at Board level * Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (incl. IFRS) * Accounting requirements for London subsidiaries Requirements: * Ideally an ACA qualified with IFRS experience, you will have exposure gained in the mining/natural resources sector * Strong interpersonal skills, technical ability and the drive to work to deadlines will be key This is a critical role that will see you working closely with the CFO and at board level in a fast moving environment.
